Momofuku Bo Ssam Bacon!
I’m kind of disgusted and fascinated that the underside of my yet unfinished (but so almost there!) pork shoulder bo ssam resembles a giant cotton candy-sized piece of bacon wrapped around a stick (bone).
It’s my second time cooking meat (technically third, but the second time was a repeat of the first recipe) and I’m doing it BIG!
